Purveyors of premium quality sauces.
A family recipe grown on one Georgia farm, hand-picked and hand-mixed. The sauce is given away. The merch is how you help it keep going.
The sauce was never for sale. It has always been a gift.
For years it has gone out to family and friends, a bottle at a time, refined a little more each season. That part isn't changing. What you can buy is the merch, and every order goes back into seeds, soil, bottles, and the next harvest.
Help keep it growing.
The sauce stays a gift. Grab the merch and put a little back into the farm.

The plants get their start at Josh Schuring Jr. Co. Greenhouses in Portage, Michigan, run by a nephew, then head south for the season. Everything after that happens on the farm.
Raised on the farm
A full Georgia season in open sun, ripening from green to deep red.
Picked and mashed
Harvested by hand and mashed the same day they come off the plant.
Mixed to the recipe
A decade-old family recipe. Peppers, kosher salt, vinegar. Nothing else.
Given, not sold.
Two things come off this farm and the same mash. Neither one has a price.
Pepper Sauce
The original. Fermented tabasco mash, kosher salt, and vinegar. Sharp, bright, and unmistakably from this farm.
Pepper Powder
The same tabasco peppers and kosher salt, dried and ground into a coarse red powder. Good on eggs, meat, and anything off the grill.
The operation
Tornow's Tabasco is a one-farm operation in Georgia, run by a retired Air Force veteran. The food is given, not sold. Buying merch covers what it costs to grow.
Support the harvest.
Every order keeps the plants in the ground and the bottles filled. That's the whole business.
