The original, and the whole reason the farm exists. Fermented tabasco mash, kosher salt, and vinegar. Thin, vivid, and hot without being punishing, it ends up on just about everything.

The same peppers, dried and ground.
Made from the same tabasco peppers and kosher salt, dried and ground into a coarse red powder. It goes on eggs, meat, popcorn, and anything headed for the grill.
